Leaving the Americas behind this summer? Hyatt has a brand new promo that will help you earn double the World of Hyatt points as normal for almost any stay in Europe, Africa, the Middle East, or throughout the Asia Pacific.
This new double-points promo is eligible for stays starting July 1 all the way through the summer until Sept. 15. One hitch: Your first stay won't trigger these bonus points – you'll only start earning double points with your second stay. These bonus points are capped at an additional 25,000 points which shouldn't be an issue for 99% of travelers.
Whether you're still mapping out your summer plans or already have Hyatt properties across the Atlantic or Pacific Oceans booked, it will all qualify for this bonus! You just have to be sure to register for this promo before your stay – and sign up by July 31 at the latest.
Outside of the Americas, practically any property you can book through Hyatt will qualify for double points starting with your second stay. That includes boutique properties that are part of the Small Luxury Hotels of the World collection and even Lindblad Expeditions in Europe.
Hyatt members typically earn 5x points per dollar (or more, if you've got Hyatt status or The World of Hyatt Credit Card in your wallet). So after logging your first eligible stay from July 1 onward (which also must be outside the Americas), a $500 one-night stay in Italy would earn you 5,000 World of Hyatt points instead of the norm of 2,500 points.

- Earn double points on stays from July 1 through Sept. 15 on all Hyatt stays in Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and Asia Pacific.

All 400-plus Hyatt properties located outside the Americas are eligible for this double points promotion.
That includes any Hyatt-branded property as well as Small Luxury Hotels of the World (SLH) properties across the globe and Lindblad Expedition experiences in Europe. So long as you register beforehand and book directly with Hyatt, you're set.
